Transparency publication integrity

A current disclosure must prove what it commits to.

The TVKUSD prelaunch record now publishes an explicit sequence, freshness deadline, component digests and aggregate root. Its missing production signatures are also exposed—not implied away.

Publication factCurrent valueMeaning
Publication sequence3

Monotonic sequence linked to its predecessor; every later publication must increase it.

Publication stateUnsigned · prelaunch only

The manifest cannot authorize issuance or another production financial operation.

Evidence documents30

Every indexed record is independently SHA-256 checked during CI.

Fresh through2026-09-14 05:00:00 UTC

A build after this deadline fails until a higher-sequence publication replaces it.

Independent signatures0

Production publication requires at least two independent signatures.

Transparency-log entries0

No public log inclusion is claimed before a provider and policy are approved.

Rollback, staleness and silent substitution are rejected.

The build recalculates every evidence digest, the evidence-index digest, the publication-control digest and the framed aggregate root before the site can ship.

Reject 01

Missing or reused publication sequence

No degraded production mode or inferred authority is permitted.

Reject 02

Missing predecessor digest after genesis

No degraded production mode or inferred authority is permitted.

Reject 03

Expired freshness deadline

No degraded production mode or inferred authority is permitted.

Reject 04

Evidence-index or control-profile digest mismatch

No degraded production mode or inferred authority is permitted.

Reject 05

Aggregate publication-root mismatch

No degraded production mode or inferred authority is permitted.

Reject 06

Unsigned claim of production authorization

No degraded production mode or inferred authority is permitted.

No production signing provider, key registry, signature or transparency-log entry is configured.

The current manifest is tamper-evident prelaunch metadata only. Future production publication requires hardware-protected keys, two independent signatures, independent time evidence, public log inclusion and every separate TVKUSD release gate.
